4. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method. We ship under the Incoterms® 2020 DAP (Delivered at Place) unless otherwise specified. 6. ORDER TRACKING

Tracking Updates: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after the shipping confirmation is sent, as it takes time for the carrier to process the package. If tracking information is not updating after 48 hours, please allow an additional 1-2 business days before contacting us.

7. DELIVERY ISSUES
7.1 Failed Delivery Attempts
If the carrier attempts to deliver your package but is unsuccessful (e.g., no one is available to receive it, incorrect address), the carrier will typically leave a delivery notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or collecting the package from a local pickup point. The number of delivery attempts varies by carrier and destination country, but most carriers will attempt delivery 2-3 times before returning the package to us.
If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or unclaimed pickup, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees and any customs fees incurred. 7.2 Lost or Stolen Packages
We are responsible for ensuring your package is shipped and delivered to the specified address. If your package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors, building management, or local post office, as carriers may leave packages in a secure location.
If the package cannot be located, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date (for standard shipping) or 7 days (for expedited/express shipping). We will initiate an investigation with the carrier, which may take 5-10 business days to complete. If the package is confirmed lost or stolen, we will offer you a full refund (including the product price and shipping fee) or a replacement, at your discretion.
Note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking information shows the package was delivered to the correct address, or if the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address.
7.3 Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in good condition. If your package is damaged during shipping, please inspect the package and its contents immediately upon receipt. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and products, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will require these photos to file a claim with the carrier.
Once the claim is approved, we will offer you a full refund, a replacement, or a partial refund (depending on the extent of the damage), at your discretion. We may request the damaged product to be returned to us at our expense for inspection.
8. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS & EXCEPTIONS
